The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Dana31 operates a strict 21+ only policy. We do not knowingly permit minors to register or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under any legal disability that prevents you from accepting these Terms.
• Jurisdiction: You must ensure that online gambling is not explicitly prohibited in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with the laws of the country, province, or region in which you reside or from which you access the Platform.
• Single Account: You may register only one Account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Opening multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension without refund.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion order at the time of registration or continued use.
• Not an Employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of dana31 or any of its affiliated entities.

To access real-money betting and gaming services on dana31, you must create a verified Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and at any point thereafter when requested. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, dana31 requires successful completion of the KYC verification process. This typically requires submission of a valid national identity document (KTP Nasional), recent proof of address, and a selfie holding the identity document. KYC documents must be clear, legible, and unexpired.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify dana31 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Username and Password: Your Account password must be kept confidential at all times. Sharing Account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. Dana31 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access attributable to your failure to secure your credentials.
• Account Currency: All Accounts on dana31 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No conversion is made at the Account level. Deposit and withdrawal amounts are stated in Rupiah at all times.

Dana31 reserves the right to decline any Account registration application at its sole discretion, and to request additional documentation from any Member at any time as part of ongoing due diligence obligations.

All financial transactions on dana31 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods
Dana31 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed within the Platform's cashier interface at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within minutes. Dana31 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered under the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before your first withdrawal, your Account must pass full KYC verification. Dana31 targets withdrawal processing within five minutes during standard banking hours; complex verification cases may take up to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals will be returned to the original deposit method where technically possible (source-of-funds matching).
• Dana31 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-risk.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Clause 5.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier interface. Requests below the stated minimum will not be processed.

4.4 Currency and Fees
All transactions are in IDR / Rp. Dana31 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which dana31 accepts no responsibility.

Dana31 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions stated at the time of the offer:

• One Bonus Per Member: Each bonus or promotional offer is available to one individual per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes abuse and may result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x or 20x). This means the total bonus amount must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated explicitly on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and slot gacor (high-payout slot games) may carry different contribution percentages. Contribution rates are listed on the relevant promotion page.
• Minimum Odds: For sports betting bonuses, qualifying bets must meet a minimum odds threshold as specified on the promotion page. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Expiry: All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements carry an expiry period, which is specified on the relevant promotion page. Unused Bonus Funds and unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry without notice.
• Bonus Abuse: Dana31 monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk staking strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent. Where such patterns are detected, dana31 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, and to close the Account.
• Real Money First: Where a Member holds both a real-money Balance and Bonus Funds, real-money funds are wagered first unless the promotion states otherwise.

Dana31 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use at the time of the amendment.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagering activity on the Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

6.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets are subject to acceptance by dana31. We reserve the right to decline or limit any wager at our discretion, including bets that exceed stated maximum stake limits. A bet is not confirmed until the Platform has issued a unique bet reference number and confirmation message.

6.2 Odds and Prices
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. In the event that a bet is accepted at an incorrectly stated price — whether due to a technical error, feed failure, or human error — dana31 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Member's Account.

6.3 Sports Betting
Markets covered include BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), badminton, basketball, volleyball, and e-sports including Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile. Bet types include pre-match, in-play, Asian handicap, mix parlay, over/under, and correct score, subject to market availability.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games
All casino games — including live dealer tables operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play, and slot gacor titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe — are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-term theoretical returns and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

6.5 Togel
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets operate on fixed draw schedules. Results are determined by official draw outcomes or, where applicable, by certified RNG. All togel bets placed after the draw deadline are void. Winning amounts are calculated at the fixed prize rates displayed at the time of bet placement.

6.6 Disputes
All bet settlement decisions made by dana31 are final. Any dispute regarding the outcome or settlement of a wager must be submitted to customer support within 72 hours of the event result being published. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be considered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account or identity.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, loopholes, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other unauthorised software to gain a competitive or financial advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting ("arbing"), matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law, while knowingly misrepresenting your location using a VPN or other technical means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any dana31 customer support staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software, security systems, or backend infrastructure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dana31 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — relating to the Platform and its services.

• Dana31 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including loss of funds, loss of profits, or loss of data.
• Dana31 is not responsible for any failure or delay in service availability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, internet outages, or governmental action.
• Dana31 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for configuring your own technology to access the Platform safely.
• In the event that dana31 is found liable to a Member, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits dana31's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Dana31 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing platform use — including transaction records, betting history, and device/session data — is used for account management, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and service improvement purposes. Dana31 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Member without first contacting dana31 support.
• Any other conduct that dana31 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, its members, or its integrity.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Member, dana31 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the Member in good standing (voluntary account closure), any verifiable real-money Balance — net of any unmet wagering requirements on Bonus Funds — will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method after successful KYC verification.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact customer support and submit a formal closure request. Account closures are typically processed within three business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dana31 holds its international operating licence. Nothing in this clause prevents dana31 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Members based in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is regulated differently across jurisdictions, and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with any applicable laws in their country or region of residence. In the event of any dispute between the Member and dana31, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral authority in dana31's operating jurisdiction.

Dana31 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify Members via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with at least seven (7) days' advance notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.
